Vitamin D3 5,000 IU should be taken as 1 capsule daily with a meal for a daily preventative measure against influenza and other infectious diseases.
Vitamin D3 50,000 IU should only be taken if you develop flu-like symptoms at a dose of 1 capsule per 50 pounds of body weight for 3-5 days ONLY. For example, a 200 lb. person should take 4 capsules once daily for 3-5 days. This product is NOT for daily, preventative use.
Interferon-Alpha should be taken as 1 drop sublingually two times per day prophylactically. If you develop flu-like symptoms: Take 1 drop sublingually every 10 minutes for 4 doses then take 1 drop every 1 to 2 hours until signs and symptoms are controlled.

STCF Drops should be taken as 2 drops sublingually 4-8 times daily, as needed. STCF Drops are a very good expectorant and decongestant. They work well for colds, bronchitis, asthma, and ear infections.
Zinc Lozenges should be taken by sucking on one lozenge at the first sign of cold or flu. You can repeat up to 4 times daily.
