Update – Air Pollution and Chlorophyllin
No sooner had I sent you the E-Alert on Chlorophyllin last month, I received my copy of Dr. Blaylock’s newsletter. It was entitled “Air Pollution Causes Brain Damage.”
The message of this report is even more concerning.
“The many particles that pollute our air have been shown to powerfully stimulate inflammation throughout the body and nervous system leading to cell death, DNA damage, neurodegeneration, and cardiovascular disease.”
The more polluted a city or geographic area, the greater the incidence of disease. Autopsy studies on children from Mexico City, one of the most air-polluted cities in the world, revealed the presence of neurodegeneration associated with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease, as well as changes to the muscle of the heart. Children who lived in cleaner air did not show these changes.
This topic deserves more than a simple E-Alert, but my reason for sending this message is to reinforce the importance of using a product like Chlorophyllin, which does seem to be able to protect us from many of these pollutants.
That is why I wrote that I now consider Chlorophyllin a must-take nutrient supplement next to Vitamin D-3, Vitamin K-2 (MK7), and Tocotrienol (Vitamin E Isomer).
I am now even more convinced. Taking Chlorophyllin with each meal or three times a day is a chore, but even if we were to take it only one time a day, it should protect us from what we are eating and breathing.
Thanks for reading and giving this some thought.
Yours in health,
