Updated Laboratory Admin Fees

Beginning January 5, 2015,

all laboratory test kits will be charged a $75 administration fee

(includes a 15-minute phone appointment

with a physician to discuss the results),

while all patient-requested laboratory testing

will be charged a $25 administration fee.

All fees will be charged upon ordering of the laboratory test

and must be paid in full at that time.

Please note: Due to market changes and the availability of certain materials, pricing for IV fluids, allergy extracts, and supplements

will see a slight increase in 2015.
