LABS

All current active patients of COEM can request lab tests at any time. The doctor will have to approve the test to be done however. In addition, you must have had a minimum 15-minute appointment in the last 6 months in order to purchase a lab. There are additional fees for the labs as well including a Test Kit Fee which covers the time for the doctor to review the lab results when they are completed and then time to review the results with you in an appointment. There is also a Lab Admin Fee and in some cases depending on the complexity of the tests and requisition forms, an addition administration fee. These vary by test.

Blood draws can be performed in office or you can be referred out to Labcorp to a patient service center as per your convenience.
