Please note, COEM has been a cash pay practice for more than 20 years now. Unfortunately, most insurance carriers do not choose to cover the level and complexity of care COEM provides, despite close to 50 years of excellence in service and care.  Many Wellness services and products in particular are excluded.  In order to provide patient-centered care that focuses on health, healing, wellness and prevention, we maintain an strictly self-pay policy with pricing that is both fair and transparent. There is no after-billing. All services and products offered are provided with informed consent and the information pertaining to affiliated costs are always shared with you upfront so you can make an appropriate informed decision. COEM does accept HSA and FSA funds to cover services, and will provide the necessary documentation to submit for reimbursement.
