Rebecca Hart, NP

Rebecca Hart obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2008 and a Master of Science in Nursing for Adult Nurse Practitioner in 2012, both from Armstrong State University. Rebecca worked as a coronary care ICU nurse for four years while obtaining her NP degree. For the past 12 years as an Adult nurse practitioner, Rebecca has worked in Critical Care/Pulmonary medicine, sleep medicine, internal medicine, and wound care. Rebecca is certified in functional medicine by the Institute of Functional Medicine. She realized that the root cause of the problem needs to be discovered for the patient to truly heal. The patient needs to be treated in a holistic approach: body, mind and spirit for overall faith, hope and wellness. She started Faith Hope and Wellness in 2019. She was presented the 2022 Best of Savannah Runner up Functional medicine and 2023 Best of Savannah Functional medicine award and 2024 Best of Savannah Runner Up. She is currently a member of IFM, ILADS and a Shoemaker proficiency partner. When she is not working, she enjoys gardening and working on her farm. Rebecca is married with two boys. She loves going on medical mission trips helping the less fortunate and spreading the gospel. Licensed in GA and FL.

Milena Papendick Nutritionist

Growing up in a household of naturopaths and chefs, I started to connect the dots between food and human health at an early age. We always ate colourful meals at the family table which ignited my love for healthy food and nutrition. My mother is a great chef and naturopath and has always taught me how to use the healing powers of herbs and plants in the kitchen. Practicing naturopathy, she faced many diet related illnesses in patients and has passed on her valuable knowledge to me over the years.

During my years as an inflight chef on private jets, I collected transformative experiences in the fine dining industry around the globe. I’ve spent many months living in Dubai, the Caribbean and Italy where I learned firsthand about their local food and culture.

Whilst pursuing my education in Nutrition Sciences, I became fascinated with the remarkable healing properties of food, and I knew that I wanted to keep sharing this knowledge. I absolutely love what I do. My enthusiasm for nutrition science, new research, and genuine love for people makes my work so fulfilling.

In 2022 my husband and I moved to Savannah, GA where we manage Brighter Day Natural Foods, a local and independently owned Health Food Store. We specialise in botanical remedies, herbs, supplements and of course organic, farm-to-table produce.

My family and I are following a mediterranean diet and keep discovering new ways of living wholesomely.
