Jambu may help to reduce the sugar in the blood and is very good in the control of diabetes. It contain Glucoside, Jamboline and Ellagic acid which are reputed to have the ability to check the conversion of starch into sugar in case of excess production of glucose. Jambu may reduce urine sugar quickly and can be very effective in controlling diarrhea. Other constituents of the fruit include Resin, albumen, gallic acid, essential oil and tannic acids. It is good to have blood sugar monitored while taking JAMBU. When under treatment check blood sugar levels so that it does not fall drastically.

Indication : Helps control blood sugar level.

Dosage: Take 1 capsule twice daily, preferably before meals or as recommended by the Physician. It should ideally be taken on empty stomach. For better results it should be taken with warm water.

Caution: Pregnant or lactating women are advised to consume herbal products under the advice of the physician.
